Team Access Overview summarizes saved workspace access facts for practical account review.
It helps workspace teams review active members, admin access, login-verification preferences, recent sign-in records, and pending invitations from saved Pulse data.
The workspace package must include Pulse Hub and an authorized workspace manager must activate Team Access Overview in Hub.
While active, the snapshot appears in Client Workspace Users / team-members page. When inactive, those sections are not shown.
Indicators include only safe saved name/email/status/date/age facts: active members and admins, inactive admin-level access, admin login verification, accepted active members with no recorded sign-in in 30 days, pending invitation count, and oldest pending invitation age. It never displays passwords, tokens, IP addresses, device details, or identity-provider data.
Pending or non-accepted invitations are not treated as accepted members. Sign-in dates are the saved Pulse account last-login record and do not prove activity in another service.
Opening Users, Hub, or this guide does not run a scan, send email, contact an identity provider, or perform an external check.
