What it does
It stores your business setup, editable customer-style prompts, completed observations, client-safe recommendations, and history. It is not a ranking guarantee.

AI Visibility Add-on
AI Visibility is an optional Pulse Hub add-on for recording repeatable, client-safe AI prompt observations over time.
Where to configure
Activate AI Visibility in Pulse Hub first. Then open Website Detail → AI / GEO → AI Visibility for an authorized workspace website.
Setup
Confirm the business name, services, location, competitors, and prompts. Choose Manual, Weekly, or Monthly, then save.
Save versus Run
Save stores configuration only. It does not contact an AI provider or create a run. Run queues one authorized background observation.
First and later runs
The first completed run creates the first saved observation. Later completed runs stay in history for comparison. A failed run never overwrites the prior completed result.
Status meanings
Queued and Processing mean background work is pending. Completed observations can be Visible, Weak, Missing, Competitor Dominating, or Opportunity. Failed means no observation was created; it is not presented as Unknown or Missing.
Scheduling
Manual requires an explicit run. Weekly and Monthly use the saved schedule. Opening the page never makes a provider call.
Sharing
Client visibility, report inclusion, and explicit proposal selection are separate. Raw provider output, technical failure details, and private setup remain agency-only.
Limitations
Provider availability, model, prompt wording, date, and quota affect results. AI Visibility does not guarantee rankings or mentions.
Failed or unavailable
Review the authorized provider configuration, then use Retry when ready. Pulse keeps the failed state and the last completed result separately.
