Pulse Hub add-on
Refresh saved Website data automatically once a day or once a week using the same checks as Refresh Site Data.
Open Pulse Hub, activate Scheduled Site Refresh, then choose Manage. Only existing Websites in your current workspace are listed. Staging-only Launch QA targets are not monitored Websites.
Enable a Website schedule, choose Daily or Weekly, enter a local run time and save. Weekly also uses the selected weekday. There is one schedule per Website. Saving settings does not start a refresh.
New schedules initially use Pulse’s configured timezone. Choose and save the timezone for each schedule. Next and last refresh dates use that timezone. During a daylight-saving gap the time moves forward; a repeated clock time runs once at its first occurrence.
Next refresh is the saved due time, not a guaranteed start time. Work starts after that time when capacity is available. Last scheduled refresh shows the saved occurrence and its refresh status. Normal scan limits apply. PageSpeed and AI/provider integrations are not scheduled.
Disabled schedules, paused Websites and inactive add-ons do not refresh. Deactivation preserves settings and history. Reactivation can process one overdue occurrence; it does not replay every missed day. A busy Website is not queued twice and continues at its next normal occurrence.
Only authorized workspace Website operators with refresh permission may configure schedules. Opening Hub, this page, Website Detail or Help reads saved data and never starts a refresh. View refreshed evidence in Website Detail after the run finishes.
