Pulse Hub offers foundation activation to authorized website managers when the workspace package includes Pulse Hub. If activation is unavailable, wait for the update. Activation does not start monitoring.

Technical Change Alerts will help teams review meaningful technical changes on important website pages. Monitoring is not available yet.
What activation does
Activation and deactivation only change access to the foundation. They do not check a page, create a baseline, schedule monitoring or send an alert. Saved data is retained.
Other checks
Continue using existing Page Audits, uptime monitoring, Visual Change Watch and Launch QA for their supported purposes. Technical Change Alerts will provide a separate technical-change review when monitoring becomes available.
