What it does
It reviews saved/public business identity and contact evidence, Privacy, Terms, Refund/Return and service-policy checks, product/service clarity, forms, public contact methods, and selected merchant/payment-readiness evidence.
Pulse Hub add-on
Trust Checker turns saved Pulse evidence into a review checklist for public trust and merchant-readiness signals.
It reviews saved/public business identity and contact evidence, Privacy, Terms, Refund/Return and service-policy checks, product/service clarity, forms, public contact methods, and selected merchant/payment-readiness evidence.
Use it before a website review, provider onboarding discussion, or agency quality review when saved evidence needs a clear checklist. It does not replace Pulse's normal SSL or security scanner.
Activate it in Hub, then configure it in Website Detail Security / Issues for the authorized workspace website.
Choose the available mode and Manual, Weekly, or Monthly schedule, then save. Saving does not contact a provider.
The first completed run records the current saved-evidence checklist and makes its state available for review.
Later completed runs retain history so changes in saved evidence can be reviewed over time.
Results are Ready, Needs Fixes, Needs Review, Insufficient Evidence, Failed, or Unavailable. Missing means no saved/public evidence was found for a checklist item; Weak means limited or unclear evidence was found. Resolve both before a later review.
Manual runs require an explicit authorized action. Weekly and Monthly use the saved schedule and guarded background processing.
Client visibility, report inclusion, and explicit proposal selection are separate. Agency-only human notes remain private.
Review the saved checklist, address the specific public evidence gaps, refresh saved website data through the normal workflow, and run a later review when appropriate.
Trust Checker is saved-evidence guidance, not legal advice or approval by a payment processor, merchant account provider, acquiring bank, payment gateway, or other financial institution.
Missing saved evidence, an unavailable runtime, or a failed run is recorded honestly and is not converted into a readiness or approval claim.
