Workspace security
Pulse shows a small saved-data workspace overview and lets authorised teams manage credential access without displaying passwords on normal pages.
The total number of saved websites in your current workspace, including paused sites. Open the card to browse them.
Adds saved broken pages, grouped form incidents from the last 24 hours, failed site scans, and sites whose last successful scan is older than seven days. A site can contribute more than once. Open the card to see the affected websites. This is saved evidence, not a live check.
Shows how many websites have a completed, failed, pending, or not-started saved scan state. Pending includes queued and running scans. Opening the dashboard does not start a scan.
A count of active credential cards you may view. Admins see the workspace total; other users see only individually assigned cards. Passwords and login details never appear on this dashboard card.
As a workspace Admin, first enable the teammate's Vault access in Workspace Members. In Vault, open the selected credential's Details, find User access, check the teammate, and choose Save Access. This gives access to that card's title, login website, and category only. Uncheck the teammate and save to remove their card access. Active teammates whose Vault area is off are still listed and labelled; an assignment can be saved, but they cannot use it until their workspace Vault access is enabled.
Card access does not grant password reveal. To allow reveal, select the card, choose Grant password reveal, choose the teammate, and Apply to selected. The teammate must already have card access. Managers also need this separate reveal permission. Revoke password reveal keeps card access; Revoke card access removes both.
Opening Details keeps the password masked. An authorised user can choose the eye / Reveal password button to reveal it explicitly. Use Hide password or close the dialog to mask it again. Some credentials also need current admin approval before reveal or fill; granting reveal permission does not remove that requirement.
Search or filter by folder, then select individual cards or Select all shown (up to 500). Choose a card-access or password-reveal action and one eligible workspace user. To delete, choose Delete selected, review the displayed titles and count, then type DELETE followed by the displayed count and confirm. Cancel leaves the cards unchanged. Deleted cards leave the active Vault while activity history is retained.
Dashboard, filters, and Details use saved information. They do not contact the saved websites or automatically reveal passwords. Users without assigned cards see an empty Vault; ask a workspace Admin for access.
